Chambers of Bhuvnesh Shukla
The rules of the Bar Council of India do not permit Advocates to solicit work or to advertise. By proceeding to this website you confirm that:
Our Chamber accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken in reliance on material on this website. Its contents belong to Chambers of Bhuvnesh Shukla.
Bhuvnesh Shukla practises before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, and handles Medico-Legal, Criminal, White-Collar Crimes, Arbitration, NCLT, NCLAT, Service Law and NI Act matters.
Bhuvnesh’s practice is litigation and advisory work, and many of the matters he handles overlap. One hospital incident can produce a Consumer Complaint, a Police Complaint and a Medical Council Inquiry at the same time. One commercial default can lead to an Arbitration, an Insolvency Application and a Cheque Dishonour Complaint together.
He treats such matters as a single brief, so that what is said in one forum does not weaken the position in another.
Clients are told plainly where a matter stands: what the forum can grant, what it cannot, how long it is likely to take and what it will ask of them.
Special Leave Petitions, Civil and Criminal Appeals, Writ Petitions and Transfer Petitions.
Writ Petitions, Bail and Quashing Petitions, Arbitration Petitions, Appeals and Revisions.
Matters in his practice areas are also heard before the NCLT and the NCLAT, Consumer Commissions, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunals and the Criminal Courts.
Meetings are by appointment.
Send a short outline: the parties, the Court or Authority involved, and any date that is approaching.
Before papers are exchanged, he checks that he has no conflicting engagement and confirms that he can act.
Notices, Orders, contracts and records are reviewed in full before any advice is given.
You are told which forum and remedy are open, the time limits that apply, and the terms on which he would act.
