The Chambers

Bhuvnesh Shukla practises before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. His practice is litigation and advisory work.

Many of the matters he handles overlap. One hospital incident can produce a Consumer Complaint, a Police Complaint and a Medical Council Inquiry at the same time. One commercial default can lead to an Arbitration, an Insolvency Application and a Cheque Dishonour Complaint together. He treats such matters as a single brief, so that what is said in one forum does not weaken the position in another.

About the Chambers

How Our Chamber Works

The Record Comes First
Advice begins with the papers: the Notice, the Order, the contract, the treatment record. Nothing is assumed that the record does not show.
One Brief Across Forums
Where the same facts are before more than one Court or Authority, the positions taken in each are settled together.
Plain Advice
Clients are told what a forum can and cannot grant, how long it is likely to take and what the realistic options are, settlement included.
Drafting for a Busy Court
Pleadings, Replies and Written Submissions are kept short, sourced and in order.
Confidence Kept
Instructions, documents and communications are held in confidence, as the rules of the profession require.
